With the construction now progressing well, we’re excited to bring to our fortunate purchasers our fortnightly updates. Stay tuned!

UPDATE 1410/21

Construction has recommenced at Ten to Twelve last week and Cobild are excited to progress works rapidly again!

Please see summary below of items that have resumed last week.

Ground floor plaster commenced.

Glazing panels to Level 2 delivery and install.

Installation of roof solar panels.

Additional base coat to external of building.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 20.08.21

Stormwater street works have recommenced.

Window frame and glazing install to Ground Floor.

Piling complete for suspended footings for entry blockwork.

Basement rendering started (due to wet weather).

Waterproofing to roof area (continuing).

Stone cladding to front façade has commenced.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 13.08.21

Base coat of render our western elevation along with preparation on Southern.

Ceiling Grids to level one.

Stone preparation for front façade.

High level gas works in the basement.

Balance of hobs waterproofed on level 2.

Continuation of roof service works.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 12.07.21

150mm sewer upgrade to boundary trap.

Ground floor apartments signed off ready for plaster with all services tested.

Bulk rough in works complete on Level 1.

Planter screen for the roof plant has been installed and ready to measure louvers.

Scaffold erection has begun to the exterior of the building.

NBN conduits installed to boundary.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 21.06.21

Plumbing and electrical rough-in works to ground floor apartments are at 80%, with mechanical starting next week.

Cobild have commenced the hanging of the fire rated plaster board, creating the division between apartments and corridors.

Next week rough-ins to all apartment fronts, with waterproofing to balconies areas and stormwater retention works at the front of site.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 27.05.21

We have officially topped out at Ten to Twelve!

Cobild have completed the roof pour along with full stress which means all formwork is being removed off site.

As structure works are coming to an end, this is a great milestone for the project which means a new set of trades will be working on site.

Cobild have commenced the soffit lining in the basement, blockwork balustrades and are pouring the lift lid shortly.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 12.05.21

Progress is strong at Ten to Twelve with the level 2 slab poured and various works occurring on multiple levels.

Structure works are progressing well as Cobild install the formwork deck to support the concrete roof.

Stairs have been installed the entire way through the core of the building and the AFS lift over run has been complete.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

UPDATE 13.04.21

The ground floor slab on ground has been poured and the two load bearing columns have been formed ready for concrete pour.

90% of the ground floor AFS walls have been installed and the Level 1 formwork deck is currently underway.

As we are continuing to progress on schedule, settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.

HAVE HIT THE GROUND RUNNING IN 2021

Basement excavation has been complete and retaining walls underway.

Remaining soil from excavation will be removed off site by end of next week.

In-ground services are due to start next week.

Pad footings and steel installation commencing next week.

Settlements are expected no later than Q2 2022.
